China plans to allocate 3.2 Billion Yuan to help improve health systems throughout Urban areas and improve insurance. It is part of government health care reforms, which aim to bring coverage to 200 million uninsured Chinese by spending 850 billion yuan ($124.4 billion) by 2011.

Depending on how the money is allocated, this seems like a step in the right direction for the Chinese government.
what about the rural areas of China, similar to those in the video, what measures are being takin to increse argricultural production. (in the film their tools seemed very ancient, possibly if the government could provide necessary updated tools such as John Deer mini tugs ect. it would be a good way for government to keep in touch with the rural peoples of the country side.
This is a very interesting story because it makes you wonder just exactly how China is dealing with this. They are a nation of people who have numbers that exceed us and an infrastructure not quite the same, but also big.
